TMAC, INC. “The Males Advocating Change”, is a non-profit, 501©(3) organization based out of Savannah, GA. The organization was established in 1995 to increase youth awareness and encourage community affiliates to be creative when developing youth prevention skills. Our mission is to: |

TMAC, Inc. serves as an affiliate of the Tracy McGrady Foundation. The two have collaborated with community agencies and public school systems to provide workshops, seminars, sports initiatives, outreach services and programs. These programs specifically address conflict resolution, anger management, leadership development, and health education.

Gregory Williams
President/CEO/Co-Founder, TMAC
Mr. Williams was previously a Special Education Counselor at Tubman Middle School in Augusta, GA. He provided services for children diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorders and Emotional Behavior Disorders. Mr. Williams also served as a Master Trainer for Youth Crime Watch of America from 1995-2002. He started Augusta’s first YCWA community initiative for young ladies ages 11-20 in 1995, “Augusta 2000”. He is also the founder of Females Advocating Change Together (F?A?C?T) and Males Advocating Change Collectively (M?A?C?C). F?A?C?T and M?A?C?C are TMAC’s community initiatives serving all youth by building self-esteem, self-awareness, enhancing decision making skills, enhancing positive problem solving skills and teaching health awareness. Mr. Williams served as the Camp Director for “She Got Game” Basketball Exposure Camp from 1999-2002. “She Got Game” provides young ladies with the opportunities of being seen by collegiate coaches from the southeastern and southwestern United States. Since 2000, Mr. Williams has served as Camp Director for Tracy McGrady Basketball Camps and is Deputy Director of Operations for the Tracy McGrady Foundation. |

Johnnie Lawson
Executive Director/Co-Founder, TMAC
Mr. Lawson has a B.A. in Sociology and currently serves as CEO of the Tracy McGrady Foundation. Mr. Lawson served as a Master Trainer for Youth Crime Watch of America for ten years and trained over 500 schools across America. He has worked as a substance abuse counselor at Polk County Development Center in the state of Florida while being a dedicated motivational speaker at five YCWA National Conferences reaching over 20,000 youth as well as a coordinator for over 100 youth leadership retreats and workshops. As a certified Power Surge Instructor, Mr. Lawson has educated over 100 law enforcement officers throughout the southeastern region of the United States. Mr. Lawson implemented the BIGG Program, which was the first strength and conditioning program for youth in Auburndale, Florida. He is also founder of Polk Pride, a community-based initiative serving at-risk youth in Polk County, Florida. |

Warren Pippen
Deputy Director of Operations/Co-Founder, TMAC
Mr. Pippen was employed with the Department of Juvenile Justice as the Chatham County Community School Behavior Aide/Monitor Supervisor and coordinated the Juvenile Outreach Project that served over 500 youth. He also implemented the first Youth Crime Watch of America in Savannah, GA, where he implemented P.U.S.H (Phone Us Some How), Smoke –Free and TMAC for Youth Bike Rodeo as part of this crime prevention components for the YCWA in Savannah. He is the founder of “Sports Instead of Sex”, a sport initiative that replaces the emphasis of negative behavior into positive behavior in the Savannah community. Mr. Pippen continues to have a positive impact on youth and their communities throughout the country. He is a role model who leads by example and continuously sets a positive example. Mr. Pippen strongly believes in the motto: “Each One Reach One, Each One Teach One”. Currently, Mr. Pippen is employed by Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police Department. |
